NOTE - Every product is handmade to order by our team, therefore specific dealines/timelines will not be given in reagrds to build time - Traditonal time (highly dependant on product) is approx. 1.5 to 3 months for shipment.
Shipping
Shipping will be charged to the customer at the time of shipping, and will vary depending on product and destination of the product.
Auto Racing
Auto Racing is a dangerous sport and products are subject to failure when exposed to the high stresses involved. All equipment, including safety equipment is sold without warranty, expressed or implied. No warranty or representation is made to the product's ability to protect the user from injury or death. The user assumes this risk. Autoform Development, Inc. is not responsible for the damage, consequential or otherwise, for equipment failure or mal-performance after installation.
Installation
The installation of any system, component or kit should only be performed by persons experienced and qualified in the installation and proper operation of such items. It is also the responsibility of the person performing the installation of these products. Autoform Development, Inc . will not be responsible for the damage when their products were not installed by an experienced and qualified person.
Pricing
Although Autoform Development, Inc. intends to maintain its pricing during the life of its mailings and catalogs, Autoform Development, Inc. reserves the right, to be exercised at it sole discretion, to revise prices and correct printing/pricing errors.
